Omega AI for Magento 2 / Mage-OS

Omega AI for Magento 2 / Mage-OS is a free module that adds an AI assistant to the Magento admin: you ask for catalog changes in plain words, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

The module adds an assistant under Catalog > Omega AI in the Magento admin. Admin roles decide who can chat and who can apply changes to the catalog.

Install it

  1. In Omega Nodes open Omega AI > Connected sites, click Connect a site, choose Magento 2 / Mage-OS / OpenMage and enter your site's https address.
  2. Create a site key with the default permissions (chat with AI models, assistant, upload and generate product images) and copy it.
  3. Download the Magento module, unzip it in the Magento root (it creates app/code/Omega/Connector) and run bin/magento module:enable Omega_Connector, setup:upgrade, setup:di:compile and cache:flush.
  4. Open Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Omega AI, paste the key in Site key and click Save Config.

How it works on Magento 2 / Mage-OS

  • Installing needs shell access to the server, as for any Magento module.
  • Configurable, bundle and grouped products: the assistant changes the prices of the products they are made of.
  • Discounts become a special price, with optional start and end dates.
  • Texts in another language change the store views in that language.
  • New products are created disabled; undo disables, it never deletes.

You stay in control

  • Nothing changes until you confirm. You see every change before it is applied: the item, what it is now and what it becomes.
  • Big price moves and large changes ask for a second confirmation.
  • Every applied change can be undone from the same screen.
  • There is no delete: the assistant can switch a product off, never remove it.
  • Your shop applies the changes with its own code, so stock, prices and other modules stay consistent.
  • The connectors never read your customers or your orders.

Omega AI is prepaid: 1 credit = €0.01 excl. VAT, no subscription. Each model shows about what one step costs before you send. Applying changes costs a small fee per item changed, shown before you confirm.

Questions about Magento 2 / Mage-OS

Can it change my site without asking?
No. You see every proposed change with its fee and apply it yourself; large changes need a second confirmation, and Undo restores the previous values.
Who can use the assistant?
Admin roles with the permission Catalog > Omega AI assistant can chat; applying changes needs Apply Omega AI changes to the catalog.
